Custom Home Building on and around Lake Conroe, Texas

Schenck Builders is a full-service custom home builder serving Lake Conroe, Montgomery, Magnolia, The Woodlands and surrounding county areas.  At Schenck Builders, we're not a large production builder.  Instead, we consider ourselves to be a Boutique Builder, only building a small number of Lake Conroe custom homes each year.  We keep our overhead low, which allows us to pass the savings onto you, our customer, and by limiting the number of Lake Conroe homes we build each year, we can keep our quality of service high.  Contact us today and let us show you how we can help you attain the home you want at a price you can afford.

Lake Conroe Custom Home building starting from $59 per square foot.

We specialize in:

• Lake Conroe water front custom homes
• The Woodlands Custom Homes
• Magnolia and Montgomery Country Homes
• Custom homes built on your lot or ours
• Custom plan design
• Remodeling and restoration.

Just because it's custom, doesn't mean it has to be over-priced. Give us a call or send us an email and we will bid your plan at no charge! 936-499-9544
